I read a fantastic book by Tim Grover on vacation two weeks ago called ‘‘Winning: The Unforgiving Race to Greatness’’. Grover is a performance coach who trained some of the best athletes of all time, including Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant and Dwyane Wade.
